EXIT has expanded once again with legendary rock outfit Guns N Roses set to join the bill.
Held in the shadow of a genuine, bona fide Medieval fortress EXIT is one of Europe’s most unique festivals. Fusing underground dance acts with globally recognised names, the festival continually pushes ahead.
Organisers have announced a raft of new additions to the bill, issuing perhaps the only press statement of the summer to include both Guns N Roses and When Saints Go Machine.
A truly legendary rock act, Guns N Roses are set to perform at EXIT. The band’s return has led to some stunning shows, alongside a number of appearances fans would perhaps rather forget.
The band’s sit-in protest at Reading and Leeds led to dismay, although there have been enough warm reports to suggest that Guns N Roses can still royally kick out the jams when they are so inclined.
Joining the EXIT festival line up, Guns N Roses are part of a raft of new names on the bill. Famed for its dance arena, the Serbian festival will boast an appearance from legendary DJ Laurent Garnier.
Elsewhere, dextrous French electro producer Brodinski will drop by while Canadian disco-house act Azari & III are also due to appear.
Famed for their live show, Azari & III will return to Europe this summer. If the group’s recent appearance at Heaven is anything to go by, expect some stunning theatrics alongside their pounding house-derived beats.
Elsewhere, Scandinavian electro group When Saints Go Machine will take their ice cool production to Serbia with other new additions expected as the summer draws on.
EXIT runs between July 12th – 15th. Line up:
Guns’n’Roses / New Order / Richie Hawtin / Gossip / Wolfmother / Luciano / Laurent Garnier LBS / Miss Kittin / Azari & III / Buraka Som Sistema / Art Department / Maceo Plex / Reboot live / Brodinksi / Kenny Larkin / Robert Dietz / Maayan Nidam
