Following a recent live airing of their forthcoming album ’21st Century Breakdown’, Californian punks Green Day have announced details of a forthcoming UK and Irish arena tour for October.

After turning their attentions to politics on their 12 million-selling seventh album ‘American Idiot’, the trio look set to return with yet more state-of-address punk songs (see the video for new single ‘Know Your Enemy’ HERE), with ’21st Century Breakdown’ also divided into three acts, documenting a young couple’s struggle with their country’s government.
Green Day’s live dates will see them play two shows at London 02 Arena, as well as two night residencies in Birmingham and Manchester, with tickets set to go on sale this Friday (1st May), full details below.
