After selling out the majority of their UK Arena shows after tickets went on-sale today (1st May) Green Day have now added a further show at the Wembley Arena in November.
The trio returned weeks ago to play a three-hour spanning show in their hometown to promote their new album ’21st Century Breakdown’ (Clash Review).
After turning their attentions to politics on their 12 million-selling seventh album ‘American Idiot’, Green Day look set to return with yet more state-of-address punk songs (see the video for new single ‘Know Your Enemy’ HERE), with ’21st Century Breakdown’ also divided into three acts, documenting a young couple’s struggle with their country’s government.
Green Day’s live dates will now see them play one of the biggest UK dates of their career at the Wembley Arena in November, as well as the following shows..
