New York gypsy punks Gogol Bordello are set for a busy summer with appearances scheduled for both the Get Loaded In The Park and Beachdown festivals.
The colourful gypsy group are currently touring their world, bringing their incredibly energetic live show to some out of the way places. Frontman Eugene Hutz will also be appearing in the new Madonna-directed film “Filth & Wisdom”, which is set to open later this year. The film also has an appearance by the group Gogol Bordello.
Get Loaded In The Park is set to take place on August 24th on Clapham Common, London. The headliners for the event include Iggy & The Stooges, The Gossip and Kate Nash. The following day Gogol Bordello will make the short journey to Brighton where they will play alongside Roisin Murphy, Hercules And Love Affair and the Young Knives.
A full UK tour is set to be announced later in the year.
