Glasvegas are set to play their smallest UK show in recent memory, when they hit band supporter Allan McGee’s clubnight Death Disco tonight.
The band will return to the venue after a show at the London 02 Academy earlier in the evening, and entry will be based on a first come first serve basis (you might wanna skip tea, then).
Allan McGee has been a long-term supporter of the band, frequently blogging-up their rise and pushing the band on to success in their early days.
In a recent post, the Creation mogul added of their frontman “James Allan is a truly great songwriter. 2,500 people in Glasgow singing (‘It’s My Own) Cheating Heart’ is like a war cry set to a broken heart. Glasgow has never produced a band as good as this ever before..”
Glasvegas will play Death Disco at the Notting Hill Arts Club tonight, tickets at the door.
