Glastonbury 2024: Latest Weather Update

Will it rain or shine...?

We don’t want to alarm anyone but Glastonbury Festival opens in just over a week and, in truth, we’re not really prepared. Tents have to be tested, air mattresses replaced, and provisions need to be bought in – it’s a big operation after all. There’s one thing fans can’t control, however: that Glastonbury weather.

Running between June 26th to June 30th, Glastonbury is set to welcome headline sets from Dua Lipa, Coldplay, and SZA, while the extensive line-up touches on every genre under the sun.

There’s a few lay-out changes, too – Arcadia will replace its now-iconic spider with a butterfly, while the Rabbit Hole ends its 17 year run, replaced by new venues The Wishing Well and Scissors in The Park.

The BBC weather service is predicting mixed conditions. On June 26th, you can expect sunny intervals and a gentle breeze, with highs of 22°C, and lows of 11°C.

The following day – June 27th – follows suit, with light rain showers and a gentle breeze; prepare for highs of 21°C, and lows of 11°C.

Remaining mixed, Friday headliner Dua Lipa can expect light rain and a gentle breeze from the Glastonbury weather; the site will experience highs of 21°C, and lows of 11°C.

Saturday – June 29th – should be a little drier, with BBC weather reporting sunny intervals and a gentle breeze; prepare for highs of 21°C, and lows of 11°C.

Finally, Sunday – June 30th – welcomes SZA and Shania Twain to the Pyramid Stage, with fans set to expect sunny intervals and a gentle breeze. In a recurring trend, there may well be highs of 21°C, and lows of 12°C.

So, best of luck to you all, come rain or shine! Glastonbury is, as ever, completely sold out. CLASH will be reporting from the Worthy Farm site this week – stay tuned to and our social channels for updates.
