An explosive, feral noise pitched somewhere between avant techno and post-punk, Girl Band cut a swathe through the Great Escape.
Clash caught the Dublin group in action at the Brighton event, marvelling: "theirs is a simply thrilling, terrifically pulse-quickening noise."
Now, the Irish band are set to bring their live show to a town near you. Announcing a full headline tour, Girl Band will open the dates in Newcastle on June 2nd, before hitting Sheffield, Glasgow, Edinburgh and more.
Performing at the Prince Albert in Leeds on June 6th, the tour ends in London venue the Shacklewells Arms on June 11th.
