Funk icon George Clinton has decided to retire, announcing his final UK shows.
It's been a helluva journey. Intergalactic funk pioneer George Clinton steered both Parliament and Funkadelic back to the mother ship, a five decade long career that left entire genres in its wake.
But now it's time to write the final chapter. George Clinton has announced his impending retirement, following three final UK shows.
George Clinton will play Nottingham's Rock City on July 6th, before hitting Manchester's Academy venue on July 7th.
The funk icon will perform in London's Roundhouse on July 8th, with tickets on sale now.
