Foo Fighters will headline Roskilde Festival next summer.
The American giants battled through grief to find restoration via music, releasing their eleventh studio album ‘But Here We Are’ earlier this year. Since then, the band popped up at Glastonbury with a very special set, while Dave Grohl proved to be the hero of Worthy Farm with multiple high profile guest spots.
Looking ahead, Foo Fighters will headline Roskilde in Denmark next summer. The not-for-profit festival was founded in 1971, and has risen to become one of the biggest outdoor events in Europe.
Foo Fighters return to Roskilde next summer, joining previously confirmed acts such as Romy, PJ Harvey, and Kali Uchis.
Anders Wahrén, Roskilde Festival’s Program Director, comments…
“Foo Fighters have proven themselves as a band that continues to evolve and look ahead. With their latest album, they embrace a challenging time and transform it into a life-affirming, communal experience which we look forward to seeing unfold at Roskilde Festival this summer…”
