Having just released her self-titled debut album under the Fever Ray moniker, Karin Elisabeth Dreijer Andersson is now set to hit the road, and will play her biggest show at London’s Sheperds Bush Empire in August.
As one half of icy Swedish dance duo The Knife (whose album ‘Silent Shout’ just scored a top 5 place in our Clash Essential 50 Albums), Andersson has re-invented herself with a collection of dreamy, ethereal electronica as Fever Ray.
Now fifteen years into a prolific career that’s seen her work under a series of guises, including hook-ups with Royksopp, a string of stunning electro albums with The Knife and many other projects, Andersson continues to dazzle fans whilst being continually reluctant to play live throughout her career.
