The acclaimed Underage Festival has just announced new additions to its bill, with The Maccabees, The Rascals, Four Tet and the Young Turk Soundsystem to join the fun.
Run by the same team who have promoted successful underage events in London’s clubs, the festival is only open to those aged 18 or below. Last year’s event gathered a huge amount of press coverage, and this time round media partners include none other than Radio 1.
The Young Turk Soundsystem will feature DJ sets from Lightspeed Champion, Faris Rotter (The Horrors), Mystery Jets and Good Shoes. The bill will feature an apt performance from New York group Care Bears On Fire – with an average age of 13.
Already confirmed for the festival are Gallows, Foals, Bonde De Role and Sons And Daughters.
The Underage Festival is set to take place on August 8th in Victoria Park, London.
