The End Of The Road Festival has announced a Christmas bash – a whole 303 days ahead of their next full event. This year’s Yule Tide event offers an interim fix, a miniature version of the events and atmosphere of the parent festival.
The line up for the Christmas Shindig will feature (amongst others) Simple Kid, Slow Club, David Thomas Broughton and Alessi. Slow Club, of course, are “Ones To Watch” in the current issue of Clash magazine (apparently its quite good).
The End Of The Road Christmas Shindig takes place on December 19th. That date also represents the last chance for punters to pick up early bird tickets for the parent End Of The Road festival. These tickets are already selling quickly – for an event that takes place in September of next year.
All goes to show that the “End Of The Road” is nowhere near the finish line.
