Eels Announce UK Shows

Including a Royal Albert Hall date...

Never afraid to bare his soul in record, Mark 'E' Everett recently emerged from a turbulent emotional period.

Learning some vital lessons about himself, the songwriter reconvened Eels and began sketching out his feelings on record.

New album 'The Cautionary Tales of Mark Oliver' contains some lush, pastoral moments but aligned to this are biting, direct often pained lyrics.

Out on April 21st, 'The Cautionary Tales of Mark Oliver' will be accompanied by a lengthy series of tour dates.

Eels will head to the UK, opening their account in Oxford on June 15th before hitting Manchester, Glasgow, Cambridge and Bexhill.

On June 30th, though, Eels will play one of their grandest British shows yet – in London's historic Royal Albert Hall.

Tickets are on sale now.

Check out new cut 'Agatha Chang' below.

Eels have confirmed the following shows:

June
15 Oxford New Theatre
16 Manchester Bridgewater Hall
17 Glasgow Royal Concert House
18 Cambridge Corn Exchange
19 Bexhill De La Warr Pavillion
30 London Royal Albert Hall
