Dua Lipa Announces Royal Albert Hall Show; How To Get Tickets

It takes place on October 17th...

Dua Lipa will play London’s historic Royal Albert Hall on October 17th.

The beautiful venue has just hosted a week of stellar shows with the Teenage Cancer Trust, ranging from The Who – plus orchestra – to Young Fathers and Chemical Brothers.

Looking ahead, Dua Lipa will grace the Royal Albert Hall stage this Autumn. The one-off show is intimate by her lofty standards, and follows her Glastonbury headline set this summer.

Set to stun Worthy Farm with a blistering pop set, Dua will touch down at the Royal Albert Hall on October 17th. Drawing on the power of her catalogue, the pop queen’s eagerly anticipated new album ‘Radical Optimism’ will be released on May 3rd.

“A couple years ago, a friend introduced me to the term Radical Optimism. It’s a concept that resonated with me, and I became more curious as I started to play with it and weave it into my life,” Dua shares. “It struck me – the idea of going through chaos gracefully and feeling like you can weather any storm. At the same time, I found myself looking through the music history of psychedelia, trip hop, and Britpop. It has always felt so confidently optimistic to me, and that honesty and attitude is a feeling I took into my recording sessions.”

With disco-pop burners such as ‘Houdini’ in her arsenal, Dua Lipa is equipped to deliver something special.
