The line up for this year’s Dot To Dot Festival has been unveiled, with Patrick Wolf set to headline the two day event.
The festival is due to take place at various venues across Nottingham and Bristol. Patrick Wolf is set to headline the event, with the ‘Lycanthropy’ singer set to release his new album soon.
Wolf funded part of the recording process via Bandshare, a new project that allows fans to buy a ‘share’ in a new album by their favourite artist. Initially a double album, the forthcoming record will also feature award winning actress Tilda Swinton.
Joining the cult songwriter on the bill this year is Antipodean electro starlet Ladyhawke. Hailing from New Zealand, Ladyhawke’s debut album ‘My Delirium’ was released to much acclaim last year.
The singer suffers from Aspergers, which gives her extreme stage fright. As such, live performances can be variable but the singer is battling bravely against the illness.
Also on the bill are shoegaze trio Friendly Fires, Kentucky mentalists Cage The Elephant and many more.
Dot To Dot takes place between May 23rd – 24th.
