Disclosure are set to play live at Snowbombing’s European launch later this year.
Held high in the Austrian alps, Snowbombing is one of Europe’s most unique winter events. Matching snowsports to new music, the festival is set to host a special launch event in Amsterdam.
Taking place on October 18th, Snowbombing will work in association with Cable at the Amsterdam Dance Event. The line up is already coming together, with fast rising newcomers Disclosure set to perform live.
Perhaps best known for their remixes – that Jessie Ware cut, for example – Disclosure are enthralling songwriters in their own right. Brotherly duo Guy and Howard Lawrence recently released their new EP ‘The Face’ which gained a number of dancefloor ready remixes.
Elsewhere, Snowboming will welcome Dutch Garage aficionado Gomes, as well as dubstep pioneer Skream. Taking control of Amsterdam clubbing institution Melkweg, the line up is completed by London’s bass marauder Artwork as well as teenage newcomers Jacques Green.
Tickets are on sale now.
Snowbombing x Skreamizm takes place on October 18th. Line up: Skream / Disclosure (live) / Artwork / Jacques Greene (DJ) / Gomes
