Italian electro house duo Crookers are set to launch their debut album with a special party in London.
Hailing from Italy, the twin minds behind Crookers began their musical career playing the guitar. This background in ferocious rock riffing seeps into their production, with the duo pushing the electro scene ever further.
Emerging on the back of a string of acclaimed remixes during the summer of 2008, Crookers have begun to make a reputation for themselves based on pounding, storming beats.
Moving away from remix work, Crookers have released a string of tracks which have taken dancefloors by storm. The Kelis boasting ‘No Security’ was a stormer, placing the R&B divas screaming lyrics over a frenetic backdrop.
Since then, Crookers have teamed up with the likes of Izza Kizzza and even Scandinavian group Miike Snow. Slowly assembling their debut album, the duo are now ready to drop ‘Tons of Friends’ on unsuspecting fans.
The album is set to be preceded by new single ‘Remedy’ which is due to be released on February 22nd. Backed by some storming remixes, the track adds a commercial edge to Crookers which could see them storm the charts.
‘Tons Of Friends’ is one of the most anticipated dance albums of the year, and will be launched with a special party in London. Taking place on March 8th the party will be hosted by Bugged Out promoters and will contain some special guests.
Taking over the Fire club, Crookers are sure to be on sensational form as they celebrate the release of their debut album.
