Coldplay have added several extra shows to their forthcoming Spring 2012 tour.
Now capable of filling stadiums, Coldplay’s latest tour announcement brought the usual flurry of ticket sales. Announcing a number of nationwide shows, tickets for the upcoming dates went on sale this morning (November 18th).
Each and every one of the shows sold out within 30 minutes, with phone lines struggling to contain fans. To keep up with demand, Coldplay have announced a further series of nationwide shows.
Having already sold out two shows in London, the band have added a third night at the Emirates Stadium. Elsewhere, Coldplay have announced a second show in Manchester with the Etihad Stadium playing home to the group.
