Clash Magazine has teamed up with Zeroten x Palace to bring Shackleton and Kuedo to Scotland.
Clash are heading back to Caledonia, and this time we’re taking a few special guests with us. Working alongside Zeroten and Palace, we’re set to take control of Glasgow venue Chambre 69 on August 24th for a very special one off show.
Topping the bill is none other than bass weight astronaut Shackleton. A Bristol native, his productions have been broadening the possibilities of electronic music since the release of his ‘I Am Animal/Mystikal Warrior’ split 12” with Appleblim back in 2004.
Currently focussing on his latest label venture Woe To The Septic Heart! the producer recently released ‘Music For The Quiet Hour/The Drawback Organ EPs’ to overwhelming acclaim.
Now a Berlin resident, Shackleton is set to travel to Glasgow for a very rare live show. Joining the producer will be Kuedo, whose own work as one half of production duo Vex’d makes him a pivotal figure in the bass universe.
Preparing an unusual audio / visual set for his first ever visit to Scotland, this will be a total immersive experience like no other. Completing the line up is Glasgow based producer Konx-om-Pax, who recent album ‘Regional Surrealism’ was named ‘Album on the Week’ by this very website.
A disparate, exploratory three part line up this is a very rare opportunity to catch this trio of producers on the same bill.
