Clash is pleased to announce a special partnered showcase gig from superbly sparkly Birmingham indie trio Johnny Foreigner, who’re soon to hit the road in support of their forthcoming second album.
The band – who headlined our first-ever Clash Saturday Social in December – begin their second-collection campaign with an ‘invite-only’ show at the newly opened Flowerpot venue in Kentish Town, London on May 18 – find details of the venue HERE. The show’s free entry, but attendees will need to put their names forward via the band’s official website.
Click HERE to visit JoFo’s website and put your name on the list. The show’s open to over-18s only, and it’s one ticket per name, so if you want to bring a mate, they’ll need to register, too. The band will play at 9pm, with no support; Clash DJs will be in attendance to keep toes tapping while decently priced pints are supped at.
Johnny Foreigner will release a new single, ‘Feels Like Summer’, in June. Check further regional dates at their MySpace page.
UPDATE
This is TONIGHT people! Which means no double bill of Coronation Street, no gossiping about the weekend just past… just pure fight pop thrills courtesy of this Birmingham trio.
Tickets are strictly limited but if you turn up early you stand a great chance of gaining entry.
