Festival season is well and truly under way, with Clash having only just got over our exploits at All Tomorrow’s Parties and The Great Escape before rolling into Liverpool for the annual Sound City shindig.
Words on our night at the city’s Barfly venue – three stages, several bands – will follow in issue 39 of Clash Magazine, but in the meantime here’s photographic coverage of what went down on the evening of May 21, 2009.
