As if her spell-binding voice wasn’t enough to make the world a better place Chan Marshall aka Cat Power has recently spent time in India and Bangladesh promoting the work of Charity: Water.
Spending time in the provinces of both countries, Power witnessed at first hand the appalling conditions of Bangalore slums, and was undoubtedly moved by the devotion shown by charity workers there.
Cat Power’s sensational new album “Jukebox” is released on January 21st.
