Brighton’s The Haunt Is Not Closing, Merely Moving

"The Haunt is dead. Long live The Haunt."

Brighton venue The Haunt has confirmed it is moving location to another spot in the city.

The venue is a real hub for live music in Brighton, a landmark that attracts international artists.

Over the weekend social media rumours held that it was closing permanently, causing the team to issue a statement.

Confirming their intentions to move to a new location, The Haunt explained…

"It’s time to put those rumours to bed… The Haunt is officially moving! Ever wonder what’s happening on the other side of the wall?!… Well for the last few months while you’ve been partying at the current Haunt we’ve been building your new and improved Haunt right behind the wall at the back of the stage!"

From September 19th the Haunt will take control of the Savoy Centre (formally the ABC Cinema), promising "the most audacious new live venue and club to come to Brighton in over a decade…"
