Brighten The Corners Festival Hits Ipswich In 2023

With sets from The Lounge Society, Naima Bock, Joshua Idehen, and more...

Brighten The Corners Festival hits Ipswich next year.

The festival – formerly known as Sound City Ipswich – returns to the city next summer, a bastion of the DIY communities that run through the area. Taking place on June 9th and 10th, the initial names on the line up are pretty special.

The Lounge Society are set to play Brighten The Corners Festival, joined by stellar songwriter Rozi Plain, deathcrash, Moreish Idols, and Kyoto Kyoto.

Elsewhere, you can check out the stellar Joshua Idehen, UK hip-hop hero Coops, Group Listening, and the multi-talented Jords.

Alongside this, Brighten the Corners will welcome Friday night headliners 86tvs – a new group featuring familiar faces, they evolved out of the Maccabees and are led by Felix and Hugo White.

Early bird tickets are on sale now and priced at £37.50.

Brighten The Corners runs between June 9th – 10th.
