Indie supergroup and recent Clash Track Of The Day stars Brakes are set to return for another UK tour, ahead of the release of their third album.
Made up of ex-members of British Sea Power and Electric Soft Parade, the band look set to finally return with the release ‘Touchdown’ on April 20th, which will be preceded by two new singles, ‘Hey Hey’ and ‘Don’t Take Me To Space (Man)’.
Brakes recently gave fans a sneak preview of their new sound via our Track Of The Day Feature (hear album track ‘Crystal Tunings’ Here) ahead of the LP’s release.
The band will also join the likes of Patrick Wolf, S.C.U.M and The Von Bondies at Brighton’s Great Escape Festival, which looks set to see them play a victorious homecoming set.
