Blanck Mass Debut Live Show

One off date confirmed

Blanck Mass will make its live debut with a one off show in London later this month.

An alter ego for Ben Power, Blanck Mass is responsible for one of the year’s more intriguing electronic endeavours. Recorded at home, the producer’s debut effort under the Blanck Mass moniker took its inspiration from Cerebral Hypoxia – or death by drowning.

A complex yet undeniably beautiful record, Blanck Mass appeared – on the surface at least – to be a studio based project. Now the producer has confirmed plans to make his first ever live appearance, confirming plans for a one off London show.

The intimate confines of the Shacklewell Arms will hold the one off performance, with Ben Power set to focus on material from ‘Blanck Mass’.

Taking place on December 19th, the one off show will feature Blanck Mass working in collaboration with visual artist and film-maker Alex Turvey. Crafting a total immersion show, the pair unveiled a new video over the summer.

Alex Turvey was tasked with re-interpreting ‘Icke’s Struggle’ and responded with a static forest scene which was flushed through with trippy colour schemes.
