Black Rebel Motorcycle Club Add Tour Dates

More British shows planned

American space rockers Black Rebel Motorcycle Club have added more dates to their forthcoming British tour.

Racing out of the tracks, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club mixed out-there space rock with classic rock structures. Blazing a trail, albums such as ‘Take Them On, On Your Own’ smashed into the charts.

However internal troubles and an experimental nous brought the band no small measure of controversy. ‘The Effects Of 333’ was released in 2008, and suffered from widespread appalling reviews.

Taking time off, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club returned earlier this year with their new album ‘Beat The Devil’s Tattoo’. A rejuvenated effort, it saw the Los Angeles band return to their space rock roots.

The band’s first album with their new drummer Leah Shapiro, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club seem capable of re-capturing those early heights.

Previewing new material at a series of shows earlier this year, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club were on ferocious form. Overcoming a theft at one of their shows, the band will return to the UK in December.

Black Rebel Motorcycle Club will open the jaunt on December 3rd in Nottingham, before rushing around the country. Finishing on December 11th in London the tour will cap a remarkable turnaround for the band.

Black Rebel Motorcycle Club will play the following shows:

December
3 Nottingham Rock City
5 Manchester Academy
6 Glasgow Academy
7 Birmingham Academy
9 Norwich UEA
10 Bristol Academy
11 London O2 Academy Brixton
