Soulful beats collective Belleruche are set to launch their new album with a special party in London.
Belleruche must have an incredible record collection. The London trio make music which spans hip hop, electronica, funk, soul and more moving effortlessly between styles while retaining a love of songcraft.
Part of the Tru Thoughts collective, Belleruche have established a reputation for producing funky yet forward thinking beats. Now onto album number three, ‘270 Stories’ continues the band’s progression.
A move forward, the album contains some fuzzed up riffs alongside Kathryn DeBoer’s seductive vocals. Effortlessly moving between styles, what emerges out of the magpie like instinct is a unified voice.
Due to be released next month, Belleruche are set to follow ‘270 Stories’ with a special launch party. Taking place at the lavish Bloomsbury Ballroom in London, the party opens on October 8th.
Providing some more than able support are the likes of The Shadow Orchestra, The Correspondents and some Tru Thoughts DJs – including boss man Robert Luis.
After this, Belleruche are set to pack up their bags for a full scale British tour. The band will play a number of shows across the country, opening the tour in Newcastle’s Cluny on October 3rd.
The tour is set to continue around the country before finishing in Nottingham’s Stealth venue on October 28th.
