Beady Eye have confirmed plans for a short run of British tour dates this Autumn.
It’s been a busy summer for Liam Gallagher. Alongside continual touring with Beady Eye, the singer paid a visit to the High Court in order to lodge a libel claim against his brother and erstwhile Oasis comrade.
Recently persuaded to drop the charges after a visit to his mother, Liam Gallagher is now focussing on music. Beady Eye recently performed at Reading and Leeds, with the group now due to travel outside Europe.
The band are due to play shows in South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Abu Dhabi, South America and across Europe before heading back to the UK.
The short run of British dates begins in Blackpool on November 11th, with the group set to play the Empress Ballroom. A historic venue, the ballroom has previously housed iconic shows by everyone from The Stone Roses to The White Stripes.
The UK (well, English) shows continue with a visit to Sheffield on November 12th. Beady Eye will play Birmingham’s O2 Academy on November 14th, before heading back to Swindon for a show at the Oasis Leisure Centre.
The Swindon venue, of course, was just one of the inspirations behind the ‘Oasis’ moniker. Taking place on November 15th, the show is followed by a final visit to London on November 17th.
Beady Eye will play the Brixton Academy, bringing an end to one of the more eventful years in the life of Liam Gallagher.
Tickets are set to go on sale from 9am this Thursday (September 1st).
Beady Eye will play the following shows:
November
11 Blackpool Empress Ballroom
12 Sheffield O2 Academy
14 Birmingham O2 Academy
15 Swindon Oasis Leisure Centre
17 London O2 Academy Brixton
