Carnival house duo Basement Jaxx have announced their plans to hit the road for two dates in Oct/Nov, after the band have spent most of ’08 working on the follow-up to ‘Crazy Itch Radio’ and remixing the likes of Adele.
The band recently also announced they may be about to unleash a double album, and also that they’ve been trying to track down style cameleon Grace Jones for the LP. In an interview with The End club, the bad recently cited “the plan is to do a double album – one album being more of a soundscape, the other is more dance and radio stuff. The soundscapes will go a bit more psychedelic, and the other will be some stuff for DJs, some stuff for people that like Basement Jaxx”.
