Barclaycard Mercury Prize Live Show Announced

First line up confirmed

The line up for the first Barclaycard Mercury Music Prize nominees show has been announced.

Well, it’s here once again. A stand out moment on the events calendar, the Barclaycard Mercury Music Prize unveiled its short list last week sparking immediate debate.

This year promises something slightly different, with the ceremony organising a series of shows from artists on the short list. The Barclaycard Mercury Music Prize recently unveiled the line up for the first of these dates, with Lianne La Havas, Jessie Ware and Field Music taking part.

Held at the LSO St. Lukes next Wednesday (September 26th) fans will be able to gain entry by ballot. Entry is free, but fans will be asked to make a £10 donation to War Child to secure a pair of tickets.

The winner of the Barclaycard Mercury Music Prize will be announced on November 1st.
