Scotland’s newcomers Attic Lights will spend the rest of ’08 touring their new album ‘Friday Night Lights’, however the band have also confirmed some slightly less expected news.

Following their bizarre brush with David Gest for their ‘Bring You Down’ video, the band have now announced they will record the upcoming theme tune for a ‘legendary TV show’. Though details of which show the band will be soundtracking have yet to be released, the Glasgow band clearly enjoyed their recent jaunt with Gest. Attic Lights will also release their next single ‘Late Night Sunshine’ on the 8th December, something the UK is bound to be lacking come its release.

The band will play the following dates on their UK tour, which kicks off on Friday. Most dates are with Paul Heaton.
