ATP Close To Sell Out

Grizzly Bear added to bill

This year’s typically fantastic All Tomorrow’s Parties weekends are perilously close to selling out, with Grizzly Bear added to the line up for The Fans bill.

All Tomorrow’s Parties have grown from their inception in 2000 to become one of the most eagerly anticipated events on the festival calendar. Now expanding beyond Britain and into the United States, Australia and further afield the expertly put together weekends showcase a wide variety of music.

Of course, ClashMusic are huge fans of all things ATP, as you may have been able to tell by our extensive coverage. Including interviews with Sleepy Sun, Mogwai, the festival founder and much more you can click HERE to get a quick summary of what you’ve been missing out on.

ATP has two weekend long events coming up. ‘ATP Versus The Fans’ allows the punters to vote on who they want to see, and the latest additions to the bill are American weird folksters Grizzly Bear. With their new album ‘Veckatimest’ set to come out via Warp soon, Grizzly Bear are sterling additions to proceedings.

In addition to this, the event has also confirmed a very special appearance by Fuck Buttons. Always looking to try something different, the festival is set to host a spoken word stage curated by No Wave banshee Lydia Lunch.

The second event is curated by The Breeders. Containing some exclusive performances from Foals, Throwing Muses, Bon Iver and much, much more.

However if that tickles your fancy then you’d best get a move on. Increasing in popularity every year tickets are fast selling out for both events, with The Breeders weekend expected to sell out next week.

‘ATP: The Fans Strike Back’ takes place between May 8th – 10th.

‘ATP: The Breeders’ takes place between May 15th – 17th.
