Chart busting indie comeback kings Arctic Monkeys have confirmed details of a second show at London’s Wembley Arena.
Arctic Monkeys released their hugely anticipated third album ‘Humbug’ last month, ending two years of silence. Smashing into the charts at number one, it has become one of the year’s most successful albums so far.
Receiving rave reviews Arctic Monkeys launched the album with a show at London’s O2 Academy Brixton. Taking to the stage in front of rabid fans, the band ploughed through their new album.
Mixing in some older tracks the group thrilled fans with a high octane display. Soon after finishing Arctic Monkeys set off for Reading and Leeds where they played some sensational headline sets.
The band are set to launch a massive new UK tour later this year. Opening with a show in Liverpool’s Echo Arena on November 13th tickets are already selling fast for the massive dates.
Arctic Monkeys have already confirmed one show at Wembley Arena, with the Sheffield band now confirming another for the London stadium. Announced via their official website, the group will play Wembley Arena on November 17th and 18th.
