Razorlight drummer Andy Burrows is set to play two shows in a day at this weekend’s Rock Ness festival.
One of the high points of the Scottish festival calendar, Rock Ness hosts Razorlight as one of the headline acts. Drummer Andy Burrows is set to be doubly busy, however, after announcing a surprise solo show on the Sunday.
Burrows recently made his live solo debut and looks to have developed a thirst for performance as he will play a solo acoustic show at the Rock Ness festival. The drummer turned singer will perform as part of a Carling Strike Cold Sessions, and will appear on a sturdy stage erected on the back of a refrigerated lorry.
Rock Ness is set in a secluded part of the Highlands of Scotland, and has earned a reputation as one of the places to go if you want to party hard. Clash present an arena there, which will be headlined by The View and has a host of top names on its bill.
Rock Ness takes place at Dores, Inverness between June 7th – 8th.
