The Academy Awards took place last night (February 26th) and – as ever – there was a lot to talk about.
La La Land scooped the musical categories, winning Best Original Score and Best Original Song while also making off with Best Actress, Best Cinematography, Best Director, and Best Production Design.
Hollywood icon Warren Beatty presented the Best Picture award, and initially named La La Land as the winner before the mistake was realised.
Accepting the mishap with remarkable grace, the La La Land team made way for Moonlight, which was named the actual, official, proper winner of the Best Picture award.
