While the weatherman would have you hide your sunnies away this weekend – foreseeing shades of grey for the coming days – Wood Wood says stuff ‘em, instead releasing their SS14 frames ready for public consumption.
The Danish label has two new styles for summer 2K14, the Lune and TKO, the latter is sadly not a tribute to Le Tigre’s 2004 track but is featured above, inspired by shapes of the late 90’s, naturally.
Available in black, tortoiseshell and the ever so slightly sci-fi clear plastic, TKO is apparently biker inspired and constructed in acetate (for texture geeks), with both blue and mirrored lenses.
Filling the face furniture quota of the Uptopia collection, the sunglasses sit comfortably amongst the collection’s navy and whites, adding a certain star quality to an otherwise sport-does-normcore heavy offering.
