Commemorating the Foo Fighters biggest ever headline shows, ‘Live At Wembley Stadium’ is the band’s new 18 track live Dvd, out August 25th.
Filmed over two nights back in June, the sold out shows saw 160,000 music fans witness the force that is the band live. Drawing on material from their six albums, the greatest hits set is topped by an encore with special guests Jimmy Page and John Paul Jones of Led Zeppelin who joined the band to perform their ‘Rock’n’Roll’ and ‘Ramble On’ tracks.
Other guests include original co-founding guitarist Pat Smear and additional strings, percussionist and keyboard player for the mid set semi-acoustic section.
All in all it’s a great representation of one of Rock’s great live acts and an essential watch for all fans of music.
