Cabbage do their own thing.
Want a new release? They've unveiled three EPs in three months, an absolute torrent of new material that plays by no rules except their own.
Want some gigs? The band are almost continuously on the road, bringing their sludge rock, punked out guitar noize to music communities across the land.
This Feeling are huge fans, and have supported Cabbage almost from the start – with the winter nights drawing in, they've made the group their Band Of The Month.

Introduce yourselves, Cabbage…
**Jools Holland style drum roll** On a permanent crusade to reach a state "chilled out", it's the recently endorsed, fully professional percussion operator, Asa Morley (also available for kids parties) and Just For Men adverts.
At present, he'll either be sifting through second hand goods at the wonderful 'Emmaus, Mossley, or trawling through The Fall's entire back-catalogue, it's the much-loved, bass playing blonde bombshell, Steeeeeephen Evans!
During down time, he remains in bed, twiddling his misshapen thumbs, checking emails and viewing pornography. But when you're the leanest, meanest, greatest young guitario in North West Mossley, it's important to get your rest. Ladies and gents, Eoghan Clifford.
With all the charm of Elvis in his later years, this Aleister Crowley enthusiast and lead vocalist, Lee Broadbent, is too rounded to be an LS Lowry stick man, but is nonetheless a living work of art.
Known for 'wanking into a quiche' and little else, my name is Joe Martin. I have a disproportionate sized nose and I intend on pedalling that poem and further gubbins for as long as possible. One for the future bargain bin or 'one minor hit wonder' section. Talent wise, on parr with Barry from Eastenders. D -, see me.
Describe your sound in five words…
Indie rock's lowest common denominator.
What inspired you to start a band?
Peter Barlow when he falls off the wagon. Also distinct lack of believable, interesting and attitude-driven characters within todays music scene. also Dev Alahan downing a bottle of his shop's whiskey.
Influences…
GG Allin, The Piccadilly Rats on Viagra.
Highlight of your career so far…
Storming 6Music and staking our claim to succeed in presenting the 'RadMac' institution. Big up 'Emmaus Mossley' for providing the loud and ill-fitted suits on that fateful day.
Ambitions…
The consensus is to document the depths of our struggle, or the highs of our glory, by releasing an LP every year. Perceived gloriously or horrendously, we aren't bothered which. Just as long as it's not considered 'sort of alright'.
Best three new bands / tunes…
The Blinders – Swine
The Blinders – Swine
The Blinders – Swine
Best band ever seen…
Band? Spiritualized. Group? The Fall.
Heroes and Villains…
Hero – Aleister Crowley. Villain – Jesus.
Karaoke song…
At Charlies Bar, Manchester. There Is A Light That Never Goes Out, complete with microphone being launched over one's head after the final note, followed by a historic bout with angry Chinese karaoke bar owner.
Dream zone…
In any pub with Shane McGowan.
Plans for 2017… Survival is key.
