Returning indie icons The Cribs played a storming set at the Barfly in London recently – and ClashMusic was there to witness the band in action.
In one of the most talked about team ups of recent times The Cribs have joined forces with Johnny Marr. Pairing an indie legend with hugely talented youngsters, the newly forged quartet shipped out to the United States to work on their new album.
Released this week, ‘Ignore The Ignorant’ is a stunning return. Combining The Cribs raucous indie songcraft with Johnny Marr’s unmistakable guitar playing the new album has been hailed as a major breakthrough for the group.
