How would you spend your last day alive? Nicola Roberts wants to hook up with Kanye West.
Where would you like to wake up?
I suppose with my family and friends around me. I couldn’t really say anything other.
What would you like to achieve on your last day?
Jesus Christ! I’d like to record a song with Kanye West and I’d like it to be the song of the century.
How would you spend the afternoon?
Probably doing really boring family things like watching old movies with the family and a big box of tissues just waiting for the clock to go ‘ding…that’s the end of the world’.
Who would be at your final dinner?
It’d be all of the girls, all of my friends and family and then…we could have Kanye there, we could have Elton John. Adele would be there. I could just sit back and watch the sparks fly.
What’s going to be on the menu?
A big roast dinner with extra roasties.
What would be your biggest regret?
I can’t tell you (gasps). It’s a secret!
What is the last song you want to hear?
That’s so hard, there’s too many. Something by Annie Lennox maybe. ‘Walking On Broken Glass’.
What would your deathbed confession be?
I’d have to kill you (laughs). I’m not joking, that I’d have to kill you for. Goodness me…I couldn’t say it out loud.
How would you like to die?
In my sleep I think. Nice and peacefully.
What would your final words be?
I can’t really be humorous about this whole situation because I really don’t like the whole idea, even of getting older. Getting closer to death scares me so I can’t be all jokey jokey about this whole thing. It just doesn’t sit well with me. But it would be something really typical, like ‘I love you’ to all of my family.
What would you have written on your gravestone?
“She tried…”
Who would you like to meet at the Pearly Gates of Heaven?
An angel, rather than a devil. I just hope I make it there.
Describe your vision of Heaven?
An easy breezy floaty place, where you could go back to every situation in your life. You could go back to a special birthday, or your wedding day, or the day your brother was born.
If you could be resurrected the next day who/what would you come back as?
Myself. Or Beyonce. She’s the ultimate woman, so inspirational, her talent is just beyond…and she seems like a lovely person.
