In a career dating back to the early ’90s he’s worked with the likes of REM, Bjork, Moloko, Yoko Ono and Serge Gainsbourg: a fairly disparate bunch, which speaks volumes for the breadth of his musical ambition. A look at his credits reveals that he’s just as at home working on classical scores for film, TV and theatre as he is the pioneering electronic work for which he’s better known. Moreover, as boss of Accidental Records, you get the sense of a man still in love with discovering and nurturing new talent.
