Following the success of 2013’s hook up, Lee Jeans and OTHER/shop figured they’d give the collaboration thing another shot; what makes this season’s that bit more newsworthy is that it’s also the former’s 125th anniversary (!).
Where last year’s capsule collection was just that – teeny weeny – this week’s launch will see six womenswear pieces and four unisex pieces debut, each a culmination of the pair’s individual aesthetics.
Made up of both denim and jersey, dip dye and fraying details again form a predominant motif, while embroidery is noted elsewhere across the range.
Additionally this time around the artist Marcus James has produced an exclusive print for the duo, inspired by the paintings of Swiss artist Paul Klee, plus a new installation that will sit alongside the collection in-store (from tomorrow).
