Returning from a lengthy hiatus, Field Music’s latest album proved that time had not dulled their ambition.
Released earlier this year ‘Field Music (Measure)’ was a triumph. Recalling the acceptable face of prog (think a more tune led Pink Floyd) the album delighted fans who had waited five years for an official Field Music album.
On record, the material was complex and lengthy but in the live arena Field Music were able to connect with their fans. Filtering their new album through old tracks, solo efforts and more the band were welcomed back as returning heroes.
Taking a camera along with them, Field Music kindly gave the results to ClashMusic. Which is nice.
