French label Eleven Paris has just replaced Kate Moss with Solange Knowles and Christopher Owens.
The contemporary brand – famous for its moustache finger tees – has enlisted Knowles junior and the former Girls frontman to feature in its SS15 campaign; Moss fronted AW14 alongside Wiz Khalifa, while Lenny Kravitz, Daisy Lowe, Charlotte Free and Sky Ferreira have each previously modelled for the label.
Eleven Paris is hardly the first brand to enlist the pair, Owens formerly lent his image to Hedi Slimane at Saint Laurent and H&M, appearing in black and white campaigns for both. Solange meanwhile, previously was signed to Next Model Management, the same agency Angel Haze and Alice Glass are both with today.
“After shooting with supermodel and fashion icon Kate Moss last season, we wanted to represent muses from the other side of Eleven Paris,” explains co-founder Dan Cohen. “We are a brand that is constantly in search of new artistic trends and our collections have been inspired by indie music since 2003. The duo are a perfect illustration.”
