In a world of dispensable downloads and streaming culture, Lucretio (Domenico Cipriani) and Marieu (Alberto Marini) are fierce defenders of analogue culture. Hence their name. The Restoration label heads recently dropped a brand new EP on noho Records (from which we recently premiered irresistible cut ‘Lagelosia’), and we thought that we should probably call on them for a mix.
It’s a mammoth set that the duo recorded recently at Vlatte at Prince Charles in Berlin, on the 5th of February of this year. Spanning three hours, the pair’s mix throws down a raw and funky blend of house, techno, disco and everything in between.
