...expertly cranking up the club pulse

If you’re searching for the lost art of the organic groove, tuck right in to the latest Clash DJ podcast by German house royalty M.A.N.D.Y., who expertly crank up the club pulse.

Both as co-founders of Get Physical Music – alongside Booka Shade and DJ T. – and through their own timeless strain of spacey house cuts, M.A.N.D.Y. (Patrick Bodmer and Philipp Jung) have helped define the sound of German house and techno over the last decade.

Though many know the duo primarily for ‘Body Language’, their shimmering electro-house anthem with Booka Shade, pick almost any track from their back catalogue and you’ll be presented with a humbling lesson on how to nail a no-frills killer groove and hook.

They’ve also put together more than a few razor-sharp mixes in their time, and their Clash mix continues the trend, sounding slick throughout and allowing the duo to do what they do best – stitch together set of solid, heady house grooves, moving from refined and percussive to deep and funky to straight-up thumpers. Artists featured on this rock-solid effort include rising techno tearaway Cosmin TRG, electro upstart Djedjotronic and two New Jersey house pros in DJ Qu and Levon Vincent.
