Myd taps into a current of club culture that will forever belong to France.
Playful, frisky indie electronics, his approach pushes together house, disco, and more, while adding some sterling songwriting to boot.
The pandemic saw Myd knuckle down, working on a host of material, involving some big name collaborators.
All that is under wraps for now, but from the snippets we've heard to date 2022 promises to be an extremely exciting year for the Gallic studio boffin.
Touching down in London on April 1st for a special show at Village Underground, he's pieced together a new mix, one that melts together some of his current favourite jams.
Lit up by the energy of Spring, it's one for hazy mornings, sunny afternoons, and crisp evenings at the club doors swing open.
He comments: "My favourite season is Spring. Outdoor parties are back at last…but you can still go to the club if it's too cold. So, that's the music I'm playing for you today – a pre-summer party, in that thin slice of summer we’re experiencing as we approach the end of winter called Spring."
Tune in now.
