Henry Wu is a name you should know. Part of Peckham’s 22a collective (which we included in our roundup as one of seven of the labels which defined 2015), the crew has been throwing down jazzy, soulful ideas for some time now. Henry recently hooked up with producer K15 and Alex Nut’s esteemed Eglo for a brand new collaborative ‘Wu15’ EP, which veers across hip-hop, house and soul, and has enjoyed lots of club bumping in the process.
Now the DJ / producer has pieced us together a special mix, an eclectic thirty minutes of jazzy percussion swings, breakbeats and smooth melodic house. There’s no tracklist supplied, but Wu’s told us that there’s some IG Culture, Seiji, Karizma, Kaidi Tatham, Ge-ology and Mark De-Clive Lowe in there.
It’s rich, dreamy, and pure vibes. Click play and ease into the weekend.
