Black Butter seem to operate at a junction, a place where the underground meets the mainstream.
Enabling countless vagabonds, mavericks and true originals to have their crack at the charts, Black Butter remains continually at the cutting edge.
The imprint recently took part in a special one off Blast x Black Butter night at Bristol's Motion venue, with Kidnap Kid, Sam Sure and NVOY all taking part.
Gorgon City played a superb set, and – thankfully – it was recorded for posterity.
